Explore Hoover Dam
The Hoover Dam is something every American should see! It’s simply incredible. It seems impossible that it can contain the mighty Colorado River but it does. Go see it!

Bombolone –
(Italian: [bomboˈloːne], pl. bomboloni) is an Italian filled doughnut and is eaten as a snack food and dessert.
Have you ever had a BOMBO (aka Bombolone)!? You aren’t living your best life until you’ve tried these Italian filled doughnuts. There’s a local place called Crave South (in Lubbock, TX) that makes a really good one! They have all kinds of yummy treats! Swipe to see the breakfast sandwich I tried and other goodies they make
South Carolina is full of beautiful plantations! My personal favorite was the Magnolia Plantation and Gardens. From the entry to the petting zoo, I loved everything about it! The Spanish moss hangs lazily from every tree. It gives everything a romantic touch. It was founded in 1676 by the Drayton family. Magnolia Plantation has survived many hardships and witnessed the history of our nation unfold.

Cabo San Lucas is located at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula. It has breathtaking scenery everywhere you look! There’s Cabo Wabo and tequila on every corner. My first and only deep sea fishing experience was in Cabo. We went in November (years ago) and the water was rough. If you are a beach person that likes to actually go into the water and walk on the beach, Cabo is not the spot. The beach is gorgeous but the sand is coarse….it will rub your feet raw. The ocean is a beautiful blue but the waves make swimming pretty difficult. We stayed at the Riu Palace and the views from our room were spectacular! Go to Cabo for the views, food, pools, and tequila!
Thanks for following me! Have a great day and go explore!
