My name is Elizabeth. I live in Lubbock, TX with my husband, Jared, and dog, Charlie. I am Texan by birth and by choice :). I received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Texas Tech University. While I was in undergrade at TTU, I decided to particpate in a study abroad program. I went, all by myself, to Salzburg, Austria. I met other Americans there and spent 3 months traveling all over Europe. I was bitten by the travel bug during this experience. I was forever changed! I knew I would spend the rest of my life traveling whenever I could. Now, as far as my food obsession goes, this can be traced back to my chubby cheeked baby pictures. I’ve been a foodie all my life. For years I have been sharing my passion for travel and food with friends and family. I decided a short time ago that I wanted to share my passion with the world!
